He has been involved in the logistics industry since the beginning of his 30-year career and has been with Euroafrica for over 20 years. He has served on the Board of Euroafrica since 2006. From 2009 to 2015, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of C. Hartwig Gdynia and member of the board of Unity Line AB Sweden. Since 2011 he has been on the board of the Polish Shipowners' Association. On behalf of Employers of Poland, he represented the Polish BIAC at the OECD as an expert on emerging markets. Under his leadership, the company has been repeatedly awarded the highest industry awards and the Business Vector Award (Wektor Biznesu) from the Employers of Poland.  Member of the University Council of the Maritime University of Szczecin. As of 1 January 2019, he is the Chairman of the Board of Hass Holding Limited in Cyprus. A graduate of the Navigation Department at the Maritime University in Szczecin, the Faculty of Transport Economics at the University of Szczecin and the MBA program with accreditation from the University of Manchester.

Andżelika Cieślowska

Since the beginning of her professional career she has been associated with DORACO. She has worked her way up the corporate ladder from Strategic Management Specialist, through Economic Director, to President of the Management Board, a position she has held since 2006. Under her leadership, DORACO has comprehensively implemented several dozen investments throughout Poland, whose value exceeded several hundred million Euros. She was awarded the title "Industry Personality 2017” (“Osobowość branży 2017”) by BUILDER, earlier she was in the final three of the plebiscite "100 Business Women" of Puls Biznesu. Graduate of Management and Economics at the Gdansk University of Technology and MBA studies at the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development.

Grzegorz Bugaj

He has been involved in finance since the beginning of his career. He started his professional career in the Investment Department of the Brokerage Office of Pomeranian Credit Bank, where he was responsible for financial investments. He has also worked as a lecturer in the field of finance at the Agricultural University in Szczecin and at the School of Banking in Poznan. He has been with the Euroafrica company for over 20 years where he was responsible for financial investments and corporate governance. Distinguished graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Food Economics at the Academy of Agriculture in Szczecin.

Piotr Czarnecki

Business practitioner, leader with over 30 years of experience in banking, telecommunications and digital business. Since the beginning of the political transformation he has been involved in the banking sector, working in managerial positions in Polski Bank Rozwoju and Kredyt Bank. Between 1994 and 2000, he was Vice-President of the Management Board of Rabobank Polska SA. From May 2000 to January 2002 he co-founded and managed Getin Service Provider SA as President of the Management Board and CEO, which he introduced on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in May 2001. Since January 2002 he was General Manager of the Business Customers Division in Telekomunikacja Polska SA (France Telecom Group), taking an active part in one of the biggest business restructuring processes in Europe. From 2003 to 2018, he led Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA as President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer. Between 2010-2018 member of the Council of the Polish Bank Association, 2017-2018 Chairman of the Council of the Association. Member of numerous supervisory and advisory boards, among others: OCTAVA TFI SA, Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy SA, Raiffeisen Leasing Polska SA, Raiffeisen TFI SA, SIEMENS Polska SA. Academic lecturer at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology on strategic management, banking, finance, digital business. EFA Certified Financial Advisor (Hon.) European Financial Advisor by EFPA. Certified Mentor (by EMCC). Graduate of organization and management at the Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies at Harvard University and Columbia University.
