Jacek Wiśniewski

CEO Hass Holding

From the beginning of his professional career he has been associated with the logistics industry. Over 20 years associated with Euroafrica, where he has been a member of the Management Board since 2006, and held the position of the President of the Management Board from 2009 till the end of 2018. Since 2019 he has been the President of the Management Board of Hass Holding Limited. In 2009-2015 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of C. Hartwig Gdynia and a member of the Management Board of Unity Line AB, Sweden. Since 2011, he has been a member of the Management Board of the Polish Shipowners Association. On behalf of Employers of the Republic of Poland, he represented the Polish BIAC at the OECD as an expert on emerging markets. Under his leadership the company has been repeatedly awarded the highest industry awards and the Vector of Employers’ Business of the Republic of Poland. He is a graduate of the Navigation Faculty of the Maritime University in Szczecin and the Faculty of Transport Economics at Szczecin University. He is also a graduate of the MBA program of the University of Manchester. He spends his free time reading good books and travelling with his family.

Andżelika Cieślowska

CEO Doraco Nieruchomości

She has been associated with DORACO since the beginning of her professional career. In the company she went through all career levels – from the Strategic Management Specialist to the position of Economic Director to the President of the Management Board since 2006. Under her leadership, DORACO has comprehensively implemented dozens of investments throughout Poland, the cost of which exceeded several hundred million Euro. In 2018 she was awarded the title of “Personality of the branch 2017” by BUILDER, earlier she was in the final three of the “100 Business Women” plebiscite of Puls Biznesu. From 2019 Andżelika Cieślowska is a member of the Supervisory Board of the DORACO Construction Corporation and manages the company DORACO Real Estate, dealing with the development activity. She is a graduate in Management and Economics Department at the Gdansk University of Technology and MBA studies at the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development. She is interested in neurolinguistics and spends her free time actively with her family.

Grzegorz Bugaj

CEO Centre for Innovation Ranga

He has been involved in finances since the beginning of his professional career. He started his professional career in the Investment Department of the Brokerage Office of Pomorski Bank Kredytowy, where he was responsible for financial investments. He also worked as a lecturer in finance at the Agricultural University in Szczecin and the WSB University in Poznan. He has been involved with Euroafrica for over 20 years, in which he was responsible for financial investments and corporate governance. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Food Economy of the Agricultural University in Szczecin. He spends his free time with his family

Karol Zduńczyk

CEO Korporacja Budowlana Doraco

He has been associated with DORACO since the beginning of his professional career. In the company he went through all career levels – from the Strategic Management and Controlling Specialist, through the position of the Controller and then the Finance Director to the Vice President of the Management Board. He has been a member of the Management Board since 2010. From January 2019 he performs the functions of the President of the Management Board. He is an expert in finance and economics. He is a graduate of the Management Department at Gdansk University of and postgraduate studies in accounting and finance. His sport passion is skiing. He spends his free time with an interesting book and interesting movie.

Bogusz Ratajski

CEO Euroafrica Shipping Lines

Associated with shipping from the beginning of his professional career, from 2000 with Euroafrica, where until the end of 2014 he managed the West African Line. In 2015-2018 as the Development Director of ESL, he dealt with the fleet renewal project and the search for new directions of expansion for the company's shipping lines. Since July 2017 he has also been performing the functions of the Director of the newly formed company Hass Logistics Ghana providing comprehensive logistics and agency services in Ghana and neighbouring countries. In January 2019 he became the Managing Director of the shipping companies of the Hass Holding group. A graduate of the Navigation Faculty of the Maritime University of Szczecin, Senior Officer on commercial ships, he also served as a 'supercargo' for transporting cocoa beans and oversized cargo by ESL ships. His hobbies are primarily sea sailing and learning about foreign cultures.

Grażyna Dobrzyńska

CEO Hotel Haffner

A financier by education, a hotelier by passion. For 16 years associated with the luxury Haffner Hotel in Sopot. She has been a member of the Management Board of the company since 2004. She completed Accounting at the University of Gdańsk and post-graduate: personal manager at the Gdańsk University of Technology and innovative PR practices at UG, as well as numerous industry trainings. During her work, Hotel Haffner received a lot of awards, both domestic and international. She believes that the knowledge of the challenges faced by employees allows you to build the respect and trust of the entire team. In her free time, she is fan of books reading as well as basketball and volleyball teams in Tri-City.
