The Magdalena Foundation was established in 2017. Its core area of work is to help people in difficult life situations.
The main objectives of the Foundation is to provide aid to refugees, to initiate and support solutions for the protection of civil rights and freedoms (with particular emphasis on the protection of human rights, the rights of women and children and the rights of ethnic and religious minorities) and to promote awareness of the principles of a democratic state of law. |

The Magdalena Foundation also supports organisations with statutory purposes that include academic, science and technology, educational and cultural activities, as well as other activities related to environmental and health protection, the promotion of sport and physical culture, social welfare, and charity in the broad sense.
